Harbour Trust holds an Unrestricted Trust Company License and a Mutual Fund Administrator’s License and is regulated by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (“CIMA”). Each of the directors provided by Harbour are also registered with CIMA under the Director Registration and Licensing Law, 2014.

Harbour Trust and HTC are wholly owned subsidiaries of the Cayman Islands office of Rawlinson & Hunter (“R&H Cayman”), which has been in business since 1973. R&H Cayman is a fully licensed and regulated professional services firm, including a robust infrastructure with 5 partners and over 80 staff within the Cayman Islands, as well as access to multi-jurisdictional resources. Our network of offices includes: Australia, Bermuda, the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, Guernsey, Jersey, New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland (Geneva and Zurich) and the United Kingdom.
