Andrew Edgington joins the Harbour team

Harbour is pleased to announce that Mr. Andrew Edgington has joined the team as Director of HTC Fiduciary Services Ltd. and an officer of The Harbour Trust Co. Ltd. (together, doing business as “Harbour”).

Harbour specialises in the provision of non-executive directorship and related fund fiduciary services, and has a long standing and well-established presence within the fund industry.

Andrew has over 30 years’ experience in the global investment banking, asset management, private equity, offshore and hedge fund industries. This extensive experience encompasses the business and legal aspects of structuring, distribution and management of investment products and offshore fund structures.

Andrew began his career in London where he worked for 20 years within the investment banking and asset management industry. He subsequently relocated to the Cayman Islands in 2008 where he has been responsible for specialist consultancy, management, fiduciary and director services to investment funds, private equity, real estate, high net worth individuals and companies.

He is a past member of the executive committee of the Cayman Chapter of AIMA and was a founding member of the Cayman Islands Directors Association.
