Agne has a wealth of experience in accounting and audit, having begun her career at Alliotts Chartered Accountants, London in 2009 and subsequently moving to Ernst and Young LLP, London in 2014. In these roles she gained considerable experience in the areas of valuations, financial audits and special projects over Listed, Private, and Private Equity owned companies. In 2016, Agne joined KPMG in the Cayman Islands where she was an audit Senior Manager in the asset management practice. While there she managed audits and oversaw client relationships for a portfolio of Cayman funds covering a variety of global asset managers. In addition to working with many well established organisations, Agne was also part of KPMG’s emerging manager group, advising managers with different strategies on the structuring and launch of their Cayman funds. She brings a wealth of experience in both US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards, as applicable to investment funds. Agne joined the Harbour team in 2022.

Agne is a qualified Chartered Accountant and obtained this qualification with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in 2012. She is a member of several industry associations and is past Chair of the GirlForce 100 Committee of the Cayman Islands location of 100 Women in Finance, and currently serves on a Results Sub-Committee of GirlForce 100.
