Karen has 20 years’ experience working in the financial services industry in the Cayman Islands and Luxembourg. She previously worked at Goldman Sachs Administration Services (GSAS) in the Cayman Islands, where she was Vice President and Team Lead in the Investor Services group. Karen subsequently moved to Luxembourg where she was a Senior Relationship Manager in the Legal and Corporate Services division at the Intertrust Group from 2014 to 2016. She joined the Harbour team in 2017.

Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Finance from Montclair State University in the USA and is an Accredited Director (Chartered Governance Institute of Canada). She is a member of the Impact Committee of the Cayman Islands location of 100 Women in Finance.
