Melanie brings a wealth of knowledge with over 17 years’ experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining the Harbour team in 2017, Melanie worked at a large fiduciary services firm for over 8 years where she was a Senior Associate – Team Lead, responsible for managing groups within the fund and investment management governance divisions. In this role she was also responsible for the onboarding, launch and management of a significant portfolio of fund products and facilitated bespoke solutions for investment management vehicles. Melanie began her career at Citi Hedge Fund Services (Cayman) Ltd, a leading hedge fund administrator, where she worked for over 4 years.

Melanie holds a Master of Business Administration degree, a Master of Science – Human Resources Management degree, and a Bachelor of Science, International Finance degree and is a member of the Cayman Islands location of 100 Women in Finance.
