Stacy has resided permanently in Cayman since 2002 when she started her career in investor services with Goldman Sachs (Cayman) Trust Ltd. Prior to joining the Harbour team in 2022, Stacy worked for two leading offshore law firms in various roles focusing on data quality, corporate governance, and operational due diligence across multiple jurisdictions.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Holy Cross and an MBA with a concentration in project management from Louisiana State University Shreveport. Stacy is an active member in the Cayman Islands location of 100 Women in Finance, a mentor and prior committee member of the GirlForce 100 programme. She is a Notary Public in the Cayman Islands.
